Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Final sale items, including discounted, clearance, or personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective. - Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:- Underwear and intimates
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hudaboutique.com or communicate to us via our contacts numbers provided on the website. You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us. - Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure the package is safely delivered.
2. Refunds
- Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed. - Refund Amount:
The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). - Processing Time:
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanging Items:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend processing a return and then placing a new order for the desired item. This helps us ensure that your preferred size/color is available.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@hudaboutique.com or via our contact numbers. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
Please include photographs of the damage or defect when contacting us.
5. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 3 hours after placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped. After the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the item according to our return policy.
6. International Returns
- Customs and Duties:
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. We are unable to cover return shipping fees or customs duties for returns of international orders. - Return Eligibility for International Orders:
International returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer service team for guidance on returning international orders.
